Customer Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Zesty Customer Referral Program (the “Program”) is open to any active* Zesty customer who completes the registration form and is approved by Zesty.
  • An active customer* who is currently working directly with Zesty for a minimum period of 30 days.
  • To participate in the Program, you must be a direct, active paying customer of Zesty for at least 1 month.
  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Referral Reward

  • Demo Reward – Participants will receive a $500 Amazon gift card for each qualified demo** arranged through their unique referral link.
  • New Customer Reward – Participants will receive a $1000 Amazon gift card for each new customer*** referred through their unique link.

3. Referral Qualification

  • Referred companies that are in active discussion with Zesty or have been previously classified as unqualified by Zesty will not be counted.
  • To qualify for the Demo Reward** – the referred company’s representative must attend the demo call and the referred company shall be classified as a Qualified Lead by Zesty’s sales steam (having a monthly spend of over 15,000 USD on Amazon EC2, running more than 60% of its EC2 instances on Linux).
  • To qualify for the New Customer Reward*** – the referred company must become an active paying customer and make its first monthly payment to Zesty.

4. Reward Delivery

  • Demo Reward – will be delivered within 30 days of the date on which the qualified referred company completed a qualified demo.
  • New Customer Reward – will be delivered within 30 days of the date on which the qualified referred company completes its first payment to Zesty.

5. Referral Limit

  • There is no limit to the number of companies a participant can refer.
  • Multiple rewards will be given for multiple successful referrals.

6. Referral Period

  • Referrers must complete the demo form by December 15th, 2024.
  • Referrals made after this date will not be eligible for rewards.

7.  Notification

  • Participants will be notified via email about the success of their referrals.

8. Termination

  • Zesty reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at its discretion, without notice.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Zesty reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. The decision of Zesty regarding any aspect of the Program, including eligibility, rewards, and qualification, will be final. Participants are encouraged to read and understand these terms and conditions fully before participating in the Program.
