The Zesty Partners team mission is to build a vibrant, world class, global partner ecosystem, serving as a significant growth engine for Zesty. We currently have over 30 partners operating worldwide.

Our Partners come in different shapes and sizes, from consulting firms, technology partners, system integrators, MSPs, cloud services resellers, and more.

We work closely with Sales, Success, Marketing, RevOps, R&D and the rest of the company to accomplish our goals.

We’re looking for a Partner Success and Enablement Manager to join us in our hyper-growth stage and become a key driver for growth in the business with the chance to make a huge impact on the team and the wider business. Our partners are critical to Zesty’s ability to continue to rapidly scale our business. 

The PSEM will establish, and lead execution of our global partner enablement program focused on North America and UK/EMEA. This is a technical role that will require knowledge of our products and platform, and general knowledge of the cloud ecosystem, and offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

What You’ll be doing

  1. Grow the Zesty partner network by onboarding new partners.
  2. Constantly improve the partner onboarding experience, as measured by feedback and outcomes for new partners.
  3. Guide partners through their sales process to ensure effective sales cycles.
  4. Develop and run ongoing enablement programs, to get our partners confident from both a go-to market and a technical standpoint.
  5. Jump on joint calls with partners and their prospects to onboard them to Zesty.
  6. Create and own partner documentation and online training, so that partners can self-serve and get “just in time” learning and content, collaborating with Product and Marketing.
  7. Ensure partner managed customers’ satisfaction by working closely with partners and providing necessary materials (e.g. onboarding success collateral) and guidance throughout onboarding and ongoing experience.
  8. Work closely with our R&D team to communicate new product launches to our partners and provide partners’ feedback to push for improvements and new features.
  9. Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and Pre-Sales to ensure a successful and fruitful partnership.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in training and an enablement role serving partners, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working across Partners, Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D to create a culture of alignment.
  • Technical aptitude appropriate for training partners, with the ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
  • Understanding of how to build and run LMS and measure their effectiveness.
  • Growth mindset, ability to iterate, and design-thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing and project management skills.
  • Collaborative approach and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
