Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Zesty, you will learn the in’s and out’s of our Sales, Partnerships, and Success teams and work closely with leadership to build processes and analytics that empower and cultivate growth.
The Revenue Operations team is at the heart of Zesty’s hyper-growth, enabling a healthy scale-up and a smooth integration of the different teams as we grow.
We’re looking for a sharp business thinker, tech-savvy, analytical individual with outstanding communication skills and a sense of ownership.
Reports to: Head of Revenue Operations
In this role, you will work with the different teams to design, build, and implement:
- Internal and cross-functional processes
- Systems & tools
- Data analysis - translate complex data to actionable insights
- Planning & Modeling - targets, headcount, commission structures, and calculation
In addition, you will own and manage Zesty’s business applications stack:
- Sales Automation tools
- PRM (Partner Relations Management)
- Data enrichment and integration tools
- Ticketing Platform
2-3 years of experience in any of the following roles:
Sales ops, CS ops, Marketing ops, CRM administration, Data analysis, BI
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- High proficiency with Excel
- Proficient English - verbal and written
