Zesty uses certain sub-processors which process data on our behalf and pursuant to Zesty instructions. When we do so, Zesty and its sub-processors are obliged to secure and maintain the privacy of our customers and website users. Thus, both Zesty and its sub-processors adhere to the obligations imposed by applicable data protection regulation, all through a Data Protection Agreement executed by the parties.
The following list indicates the sub-processor we currently use. The most recent version of this sub-processors list will be posted on the website and reflected in the “Last Updated” heading above.
