In this role you’ll find yourself as our 1st recruiter, partnering directly with the VP HR and hiring managers to own key hires that move the needle for zesty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the hiring process end-to-end including sourcing, screening, phone calls and in-person interviews
  • Own the scheduling process for candidates from initial screen to hire
  • Build Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Understand business needs and manage priorities effectively
  • Adjust quickly to changes in hiring priorities or candidate criteria
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates and adhere to the highest standards of detail





Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter working on a variety of roles, including technical, Sales,Marketing etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, related field, or equivalent in years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
