As an Onboarding Success Specialist you will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts.
Your ultimate goal is to ensure customers have an excellent onboarding experience, recognize the immediate value of the platform, causing them to speak highly of Zesty's service and value, and ultimately, recommend us to others.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process end to end.
- Ensure all technical aspects of the implementation are done correctly.
- Communicate product value and results throughout the onboarding period.
- Educate customers on Zesty toolkit, capabilities and best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the Zesty team
- Facilitate our clients’ Onboarding excellence by gaining deep understanding of the Zesty solution
- Solving onboarding issues, ensuring smooth adoption of the product and services
- Communication of the implementation progress to the client and internally
- Document customer implementation needs, requests, and questions and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Proficient English - verbal and written; Highly technical and analytical thinker
- High energy, approachable, quick learner and self-starter with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Data-driven and strong technical aptitude
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem
- Client-facing technical roles (in Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-sale, Support, Project management)
- Experience working in a SaaS company
