About the role:
- Preparing and consolidating financial statements
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial statements close process
- Reviewing accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting departments
- Prepare different analysis and assist with various tasks related to everyday activity.
- Prepare statutory reports such as annual financial reports and tax reports
- Support the implementation of new accounting standards in order to comply with US-GAAP
- Verify proper implementation of company’s processes and policies (expenses, travel etc)
- Assist in design and documentation of internal controls
- Support the work of AP/AR team to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Serving as a liaison to external auditors
- Special Projects and assignments as needed
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA)
- Internship at one of the Big4, specializing in Hi-Tech (an advantage), with at least 3 years of experience.
- One year experience from a Hi-Tech company ,preferably SaaS, in a similar position (an advantage)
